Rainbow Lights the OVAL in Roseville
Did you know that the OVAL in Roseville is one of the largest outdoor skating facility in North America? It boasts 110,000 square feet of refrigerated ice from November to March. The OVAL has a 400-meter speed skating track surrounding an infield ice area used for hockey or bandy. And what better way to showcase this spectacular venue? How about by lighting 120 trees with over 200,000 lights from Rainbow Holiday Design!
The Guidant John Rose MN OVAL held their official lighting ceremony on Friday, November 10th. It will remain lit through the season. With open skating sessions available to the public, grab a pair of skates and enjoy! They also offer skate rental and lessons. Details on pricing and times can be found here.

- The OVAL has a state of the art cooling system with 800+ tons of refrigeration and 84 miles of underground piping that helps maintain world-class ice, even when temperatures climb into the 50s!
